Research. Innovation. Clarity. Results.
NeuroLift of Spring Hill is a stand-alone psychiatric clinic dedicated to advanced treatment for depression and related mood disorders. We specialize in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato® (esketamine) therapy, and psychiatric medication management for individuals who have not achieved adequate relief with traditional treatment alone. Our mission is to provide precise, evidence-based care in a calm, supportive environment, helping patients achieve meaningful and lasting improvement in their mental health.
At NeuroLift of Spring Hill, our care is intentionally and exclusively focused on Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato®, and medication management. This focused approach allows us to deliver a higher level of clinical expertise, consistency, and close monitoring at every stage of treatment. Each treatment plan is highly individualized, guided by a patient’s clinical history, prior treatment response, and ongoing progress to ensure care is safe, effective, and coordinated. We place strong emphasis on thorough evaluation, frequent follow-up, and active collaboration, prioritizing education and transparency so patients feel informed, supported, and fully engaged in their care. By limiting our services to these advanced treatments, NeuroLift of Spring Hill maintains a rigorous standard of specialization and excellence in the treatment of depression.

We offer a broad range of psychiatric and wellness services designed for individuals seeking advanced care:
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) with NeuroStar: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) with the NeuroStar system is a non-invasive, FDA-approved therapy that uses advanced magnetic technology to stimulate specific areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. Unlike medications, which affect the entire body and can cause side effects, NeuroStar TMS delivers precise, targeted stimulation directly to the brain regions linked to depression and related conditions.
As a leading neuromodulation therapy, NeuroStar provides high precision, comfort, and efficiency. It is especially effective for individuals who have not found relief from traditional antidepressants or who prefer a non-drug treatment approach. Treatments are performed while patients remain fully awake, require no anesthesia, and have little to no downtime—making NeuroStar TMS a safe, well-tolerated, and highly effective option for improving mental health and overall quality of life.
Spravato® (Esketamine) Therapy: Spravato® (Esketamine) is an FDA-approved, innovative treatment for individuals with treatment-resistant depression. Administered as a nasal spray in a controlled clinical setting, it allows careful monitoring for safety and effectiveness. By targeting NMDA receptors in the brain, Spravato® can help improve mood and depressive symptoms more rapidly than traditional antidepressants. Each treatment is personalized to meet the patient’s needs, offering a safe and effective path toward better mental health.

Community, Care, and Awareness
Dear subscribers,
This October, we’re proud to support the NAMI Hernando Mental Health Summit, share two additions at our Spring Hill clinic and recognize National Depression Awareness Month. We’re also exploring how volunteering can create connection and support a sense of purpose.
NeuroLift is excited and proud to sponsor the 2026 NAMI Hernando Mental Health Summit, a community event centered on education, connection, advocacy and support around mental health and substance use.
We’re expanding the services highlighted at our Spring Hill clinic with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) and mental health therapy services. Availability and clinical suitability vary; our team can help you understand which services may fit your needs.
HBOT is an adjunctive, non-invasive service that may be included as part of a personalized, integrative care plan. Our team can explain what a session involves and whether it may be appropriate for you.
Therapy offers a confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions and patterns with a mental health professional. Care is tailored to your concerns, goals and pace.
In the first quarter of 2026, 19.1% of U.S. adults reported currently having or being treated for depression—an estimated 51 million people, according to Gallup.
Depression does not always look the same. Changes in interest, energy, sleep, appetite, concentration or daily functioning may build gradually. A questionnaire can be a starting point for noticing patterns, but it does not replace a clinical evaluation.
Volunteering can create opportunities for connection, routine and a sense of contribution. It does not need to be a major commitment. Helping at a food bank, checking in on a neighbor or giving an hour to a local cause can be a meaningful place to start. Choose something realistic for your time and energy.
When symptoms persist, a clinical evaluation can help clarify what is happening and which options fit your needs. Depending on your assessment, care may include:
